Lack of Customer Service Took me two days to get an oil change. Went on Monday (yes, I had an appointment), but ended up canceling it after over an hour of waiting. My car sti Took me two days to get an oil change. Went on Monday (yes, I had an appointment), but ended up canceling it after over an hour of waiting. My car still had not moved. Rescheduled for 11:30am the next morning. Didn't leave until 1:25pm - almost another two hour wait. No explanation, no "I'm sorry." Nothing. It's very frustrating to make an appointment, but the appointment is ignored. What's the point? I will never use Hickory Hollow Kia Service Department again. Obviously, you need more employees (I've already applied recently, but got no response). You need better customer service in your service department. Not some blonde with an attitude. This location has really gone downhill since the new staff has been hired. Work on it. I won't be back! More
Got me in a car but down hill from there I was extremely impressed that they got me in a car that day. I was super happy and would have left a great review at that point. But then it all went down hill. First off after one week of having the car the touch screen failed and they refused to fix it since it worked when I got it. The front window needed to be replaced, they set up a day to do it. That day they rescheduled. We drove an hour for the next scheduled appt. but once we sat there for 3 hours they sent us home empty handed. Once we finally got another appt. they left us waiting for 5 hours before it was done. Ridiculous experience overall. Customer service less than poor. More

I will definitely be returning for my future care repairs here and you get a free hand car wash. These guys are great. Especially Ryan. He was awesome and kept me informed. Ask to deal with Ryan he was great and made the experience great. Nice waiting area w/ drinks, tv, and snacks. And while your waiting you don't have a bunch of sales guys coming up to you trying to sell you a car. They just let you relax. This place went above and beyond. Every single person was personable and great. Ask for Ryan!! More

Service visit I purchased my first Kia (Amanti) in 2005. I have been dealing with Universals service dept since 2005. I have seen service mgrs. come & go. The BE I purchased my first Kia (Amanti) in 2005. I have been dealing with Universals service dept since 2005. I have seen service mgrs. come & go. The BEST they have had is Jonathon Stainton-James. He is fully knowledgeable of the vehicles and leads his team to be respectful and personal with customers. Being able to get prompt service is a must for most people and his team does not waste a minutes time to keep the customer happy. I have suggested them many times to friends advising them they will be treated with respect. More
