Carnival Kia is a magical place! I just loved accidentally finding such a great car and dealership! Wayne Upshur was fantastic guy to deal with and I wanted badly to immediately trade in the old accidentally finding such a great car and dealership! Wayne Upshur was fantastic guy to deal with and I wanted badly to immediately trade in the old Subaru and buy the gorgeous & very reasonably priced titanium Soul he showed me and knew everything about and that was so much fun to drive, but much to my frustration, it took my husband much, much longer to see what was obvious to me. Wayne assured me he would find me that same car when the time came. Finally, 2 months later, when husband FINALLY got on board, Wayne did what he said he would and got me the almost identical car within hours. After a very nice and short business transaction with Wayne and Travis, I was driving my new car home (with a full tank of gas) and a card for a free first oil change! The only tiny difference in the two cars was first one had window rainguards and mine didn't and I really wanted them, so Wayne quickly got them for me and this afternoon I went to Carnival and in no time the great service people had them installed! Wayne also offered to hook up my Bluetooth so I know he'll do that for me, too. I just look forward to going back for scheduled maintenance and eventually my next Kia because everything just seems to run so smoothly and efficiently there and people do what they say they will. More

I aksed for Mr. Clark when I arrived with the intention of acquiring an appointment for an appraisal. He immediately checked and determined an appraisal could be done same day. Doug did a very good job assisting us with the available inventory. However, due to limited inventory and features that we chose for a Sorento LX; we priced the trade with the LX, but the available EX had inventory. However, due to limited inventory and features that we chose for a Sorento LX; we priced the trade with the LX, but the available EX had more of the features over the LX, but had a 6 cyl and not the 4 cyl we wanted. I told Doug......find me an LX with the desired features at one of the two other dealerships. Doug was unable to do this for a variety of reasons that I simply do not understand!! So, we began price negotiations on the available EX with 6 cyl engine and we could not find common ground....after 3 rounds of attempts to find a price point, I walked away. The good news for Carnival Kia is I bought a Sorento at the Franklin dealership on the same day that I could not come to a price agreement with the Hickory Hollow location. Doug Eckhardt is an asset to your organization who ALMOST sold me a Sorento!! PS: The inability to sell any vehicle within your total inventory by any dealership is an absurdity and a disservice to your clients and sales staff. You have a high quality thoroughbred vehicle line......its time to bring your inventory management techniques into the 21st Century and deliver thoroughbred quality in the management of that inventory.
