I went into Kia wanting to purchase a new car, though I quickly found out my credit alone was not enough to get me a car. My mother co-signed for me helping me finace the car. They worked with me and my mother for two days to help us get the finance for the 2011 Kia Rio where we wanted it. I recieved a wonderful car and the best customer service I have ever seen at a car dealership. We had a car payment in mind that we wanted to pay and with the help of the Kia employess our goal was met. My mother was very set about the interest rate she wanted me to pay for my new car and not only did Kia meet that but they went above and beyond and gave me and even lower one and added a great warrenty to the used car I was purchasing. David made the entire process the best. I've always thought car dealers would be pushy and only care about sales, but not David. He worked constantly to make sure I got the car I wanted at a price I liked. I was blown away by his hard work and dedication to his customers. I know because of David's hard work I will always return to Kia for furture car purchases. More

i am 20 years old and purchased my first car, with the help of my mom, on Monday. I bought a brand new 2013 Kia rio. I love the car to death. I do advise to not speak with the Hispanic lady(didn't care to remember her name) that helps with the financing. She was very rude disrespectful and condescending. Because of her lack of customer service skills, we waisted an entire day looking at used cars with her. Thankfully used cars weren't her department and we were helped by Jason Hancock, who like Lamar was very nice and easy to speak with. Once the Hispanic lady was out of the picture we were back on the right track to getting my new car. My overall experience was very good. i recommend these two sales men and this location to anyone.
