We bought our first Kia in 2008 and had an excellent experience with this purchase. We have always brought our Rondo to Kia to have it serviced and the service department is the best and friendliest we experience with this purchase. In fact, he is one of the reasons we came back to see about the buy-back deal sent to us in the mail. The sales person, Michael Thompson, was very helpful in answering our questions and he and Kramer worked hard with us to get the figures right and "make it happen". Universal Kia in Hickory Hollow is one of the BEST in our opinion!
