From what I have seen they treat their customers like family, not the type of family you don't want to admit you are related too, the kind that takes care of each other and helps one another. Granted they may cost a little more than having family do it but the time it saves us plus their experience is well worth the price. They have never treated me wrong and always makes my visits enjoyable. If I forget to as something or get home and realize I don't understand something on the paperwork I know I can call and they seem genuinely happy to help me understand. I didn't have an appointment and the staff told me it would be about 90 minutes. I had no problem waiting, so I did. 40 minutes later, I was in the car on my way home. I had my oil changed and tired rotated. I know it's hard to believe, but I love bringing my car by. Staff is great. More
