Great people!! The whole experience of buying the first brand new car that I ever purchased was great. I was to meet with Tabatha but when I arrived she was busy so The whole experience of buying the first brand new car that I ever purchased was great. I was to meet with Tabatha but when I arrived she was busy so Michael stepped up and helped me. While I test drove the car he explained all the things I needed to know about the car and Kia. they both worked with me on the financing. Afterwards Tabatha sat in the car and set my radio and cell phone for me . I would have gone crazy. The salesteam were fantastic and I have already recommended 2 or 3 people to go to Universal Kia at Hickory Hollow. I love my new Optima!! More

Great Unexpected Blessing I had leased a Kia Optima that was at the end of the lease. I did not want another Kia, although, I believe Kia cars are very reliable, I just want I had leased a Kia Optima that was at the end of the lease.
