Moe a new financial guy was very nice, but at that time we thought my title I was trading in was an AND with my ex-husband and he said I needed a copy of my divorce decree. Once found the title was OR and I dropped it off the next day with everyone telling me I didn't need anything else, I get a voice mail the next day from Moe stating I needed the divorce decree and he was a bit rude in his message. I left him a message stating the above and that I was under the assumption that now I don't need a divorce decree because the title states OR, but if he still needs one, to let me know,. I never heard back from him, so I'm guessing all is well., More

He also kept talking over me and ignoring me. I had no such issues at Universal Kia. I went in with my list of what I wanted, pointed out the exact car on the lot I'd already looked up online, and the price I was given. Hal never once tried to talk me into something else. In a bit over an hour I had the purchase agreement in my hands and the friendly banter and conversation we had while wading through the paperwork left me in a good mood. More
