Miraculous I got an amazing deal thanks to Zach. I came to Universal Kia with the mindset that I would not be buying a car from this lot,especially after finding I got an amazing deal thanks to Zach. I came to Universal Kia with the mindset that I would not be buying a car from this lot,especially after finding that most of the cars were out of my price range, but Zach helped arrange a deal for me that allowed me to stay within my budget and still receive all of the amenities that I asked for. The only thing that could have been better was that the first sales person I spoke to before Zach seemed very hasty to turn me over after hearing the price range and time I planned on spending there (it made it seem as if he figured it would not be worth his time to help.) Morever, I had a pretty good experience with Zach, he helped get me in and out of there with an amazing car for an amazing price in a VERY timely manner.
