Our initial salesperson disappeared after the first appointment and never returned Ed calls. Our second salesperson was very kind and friendly, but not super knowledgeable about the vehicle and it’s f appointment and never returned Ed calls. The process was long— delivery of our vehicle was a week later than we were told and then we were told we would be able to just stop by and quickly pick up but the process to get the vehicle took 3 hours. I trade in my nice RAV4 here but they didn’t pay for my previous dealer for more than a month . I end up paying for that car and the one I buy from them not to ruin my credit. When I call Rania she was m previous dealer for more than a month . I end up paying for that car and the one I buy from them not to ruin my credit. When I call Rania she was more than happy to mistreat me she is very different person when I buy the car and I asked her to address my problem . I feel like my whole experience was a scam . BEWARE! !! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in Oct. 2021, when we went to renew registration, we were advised the vehicle we have been paying Kia on time for !! We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in Oct. 2021, when we went to renew registration, we were advised the vehicle we have been paying Kia on time for months now has Not been titled in our name, has no title in no one 's name. It has been over a week since we were informed by county clerk office. No contact from dealer. No resolution! Still waiting to hear from GM Dennis. Tags are expired. It is illegal to sell a vehicle with no clear title. Stuck in LIMBO! Waiting on Kia More

I went for tune up and was told the total work would be over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I over 2000.00. I needed to pay for all scheduled maintenance since purchased over 5 years. I asked if he could do just tune up and he explained no. I refused paid 260.00 fee for basically nothing and returned home. I was totally dissatisfied and never plan to return. He told me all or none of scheduled maintenance. As I was leaving he said if you want to come back for some of the work I could. At this point I wouldn't trust your service department. More
