Szymon was great. He was able to reset the UVO account on my vehicle while he checked me in. It had been locked into the previous owner when I bought the vehicle. It was serviced twice and no one had helped me with that previously. I had also asked for a reset on the infotainment system and was told previously it was a 3 hour process. I had been getting some errors when trying to adjust system settings. Szymon said it would only be a 15 minute process. Maybe it was a full software update that would’ve taken 3 hours. Szymon got everything taken care of quickly including the most recent recall. Great experience. This was my second visit to the dealership and I’ve elected to drive twice the distance to come to this dealership after a terrible experience at the dealership closer to my home. The customer service center lounge is much better at your dealership too. Thanks and see you next time. More

I had a very positive experience at Greenway. A simple oil change unfortunately turned into a complete brake replacement (oops, guess you need to stay on top of that). It wasn't a great time to have the costs associated with a complete brake replace and I worked with the service manager who was kind enough to find a way to make it it less painful. Additionally, she found some creative ways to address a recall that also needed correcting. A big thanks to Ashley for taking care of our car quickly, was incredibly resourceful, and made it easy to decide where I want to bring my Kia when it's time for my next maintenance check! More
