I waited 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Totally unacceptable, especially since they knew I was waiting for my car to be serviced. On 10/01/2024 we brought our 2024 Kia Sorento for our first service visit and we had an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance inspection. That experience we rate as ONE STAR. We scheduled the appoint first service visit and we had an oil change, tire rotation and maintenance inspection. That experience we rate as ONE STAR. We scheduled the appointment via the mobile app and the Service Attendant was indifferent and non-attentive to our needs. We shared our concerns about the AC not blowing cold at times and he deflected instead of understanding our disappointment in leasing a brand new vehicle in Florida with unreliable AC. For the price and customer service we could have stopped at closer oil change shop, because there was no value add for going to dealership. To make things worse, we discovered on the drive home that after the tire rotation all four tires we now showing inaccurate tire pressure on the dashboard. 3 tires showed 48 psi and one showed 20 psi. The went home and pumped up the back tire but the sensor still showed a lower psi for that tire. On 10/22/2024, we scheduled a follow up visit to fix the tire sensor issue and to inspect the back tire. This time around, the Service Attendants were very helpful and was proactive in finding solutions for us. In fact, a second Attendant provided us with the website and instructions for how to upgrade the navigation system in the Kia Sorento since we were experiencing some buggy prompts. Overall, we would rate the Oct. 22nd experience with FOUR STARS. They fixed the tire and the sensor issues without charging us a dime in a friendly and attentive manner. I am not sure if I will give the Service Department a 3rd visit since this is not even the closest Kia dealership to my house. More

Ashley and the whole service department was Amazing. I was treated with respect and kindness. They worked tirelessly to find me a car to drive while my car was being fixed. This was extremely difficult since we had just had a major hurricane and there were no rentals available. They worked tirelessly with the GM and service manager until they got me a car.
