The negotiation was not to my liking in the beginning, my care salesman Willie was the nicest person ever! I recommend him highly. I walked out on my deal, due to personal reasons on the transaction. The manager called me back and we were able to come to a very reasonable agreement. The store manager Enri was able to work with my needs and met them whereas I was very happy with my purchase and his manners on making sure there was not a dissatisfied customer. I give Will the sales person 5 stars for being the kindest men who tried everything within his power to meet my needs. I give The store Manager Enri 5 stars for meeting my needs after all. In his defense he had to leave when I was in the store considering making a purchase. I believe had he been there from the beginning I would have had no need to leave in the first place. I am satisfied with my car and my purchase. thank you Will and Emri!!!!! More

Ray took care of me. Super transparent and easy. Got me hooked up with payments on my service. No up front payment was needed which was dope. Got 4 tires but only paid fo Super transparent and easy. First of all, I can't believe an oil and filter change (no tire rotation) cost me $85.....and I gad a coupon for $25!!! But that is NOT the reason for the low rating. As I was getting ready to pay, Ash (no tire rotation) cost me $85.....and I gad a coupon for $25!!! But that is NOT the reason for the low rating. As I was getting ready to pay, Ashley told me she had been told by the mechanic that worked on my car that my battery was at or very near 0%.....and she strongly recommended I replace the battery! I chose not to have Greenway Kia replace the battery, and the next morning went to AutoZone (where I had purchased the battery about 3 years ago), and they tested the battery at 82%. That's right, 82%. So I was either lied to or the Greenway Kia mechanic who worked on my car had no idea how to properly test a battery. Either way, it makes my desire to return to Greenway Kia.....let's see......at or near 0%!!! I would warn orher Kia owners who have had or need service to seriously question whether it is really needed. Shame on you Greenway Kia. More

Told me my battery was at or near 0%, and when I had it tested the next morning at AutoZone (where I purchased it almost 3 years ago), it tested at 82%. Just another attempt from a dealer to get you to sp tested the next morning at AutoZone (where I purchased it almost 3 years ago), it tested at 82%. Just another attempt from a dealer to get you to spend more money for something you DON'T need. If u take your car to Greenway Kia for service, just be careful about believing anything they tell you!! More
