Everyone was considerate and professional. The warranty work was completed. I was not given an explanation as to what the warranty work entailed and the paperwork did not state either. They gave me an estimate for 2 caliber sensors for my back tires. I took my car to my mechanic and he stated stated I needed 1 caliber sensor and 1 speed sensor on the other tire. Dealership estimate was over $1200, my cost with my mechanic was $660. I'm asking to rate individuals that I have no clue who they are. More

The Greenway Kia service center did a good job. The maintenance I brought it in for was finished the same day. The reception desk was quick and got my car in right away. Since the work was going to The maintenance I brought it in for was finished the same day. The reception desk was quick and got my car in right away. Since the work was going to take more than a few hours I was provided with a rental. The only reason I gave a 4 star review is due to attention to detail when returning my vehicle. The OBD port hanging and not secured to where it needed to be. I had to push it back up under the lower dash. Overall the work was completed with no other issues. More
