I recently brought my vehicle for service and warranty repair. Everything was completed timely and Greenway took the time to contact the third party service company to confirm the service was covered unde repair. There was no greeting or introduction when I got there, just "go inside to 1st desk on the right." Went inside and waited. He came inside and I advised I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for 6 just "go inside to 1st desk on the right." Went inside and waited. He came inside and I advised I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for 69.99. "Coupon from us?" Yes. "Let me see it." I showed it to him & he wrote it up. Oil change 69.99 plus an additional charge for tire rotation. I repeated the coupon was inclusive. Again, "Let me see it." I showed it to him. He corrected it. Then he advised there were 2 waiting areas. As I was leaving for one he said, "My name is Rob." Went into the waiting area & saw there was coffee. I tried to use it but no coffee. Went to the desk to ask the young lady if she could advise me on on the coffee. She advised its not working because it needs cleaned and she was busy. I just went and sat down. She later got up and fixed it. I'm on my 5th Kia and have loved them all. I was so excited that I have a new Kia dealership close to home but after this experience I will gladly travel to Orange Park or Soutside. They are pleasant to work with. I didn't even receive a thank you for coming or have a good day by Rob. I did however get a goodbye by another gentleman at another desk. When I went out to my car the paper was still on the floor and the plastic was still on my seat. Someone saw me removing it and offered to assist me. It wasn't Rob. I sure hope he isn't always like this and was just having a bad day. I don't intend to go back. More
