Upon arrival, I was sent to see Reynaldo Caraballo (Ray) in Customer Service. He did inform me that the piece was defective, and they needed to get a new one. After completion of the original work order on the vehicle, I was about to take it on a test run to see if their work had corrected the rattle under the vehicle but the "check engine' light was on. Th vehicle, I was about to take it on a test run to see if their work had corrected the rattle under the vehicle but the "check engine' light was on. They diagnosed & quickly fixed a loose electronic connection. Then my test drive revealed the rattle noise from under the vehicle was still there. They kept the car for another day & replaced the front anti sway bar which finally corrected the rattle problem. More
