Sold a vehicle to me under false pretenses that were verbally made. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that I’m absolutely upside down with and can’t utilize essentially at all, due to being told I could ship verbally made. I used Greenway Kia for an oil change on my van. Service advisor Symon was my point of contact. He was polite and respectful. He originally quoted me $90 for my oil change. After I shopped the Inter Service advisor Symon was my point of contact. He was polite and respectful. He originally quoted me $90 for my oil change. After I shopped the Internet, I found a coupon for $49.95 which Symon honored. I recommend having a “quick lane” dedicated to oil changes. These services are frequent and should take no longer than 30-45 minutes to perform, especially when an appointment is made. More
