This dealership continues to surprise in the best of ways! I have been a Kia owner since 2018 and the customer service has been an awful experience until Greenway opened it's doors...For me it is the li ways! I have been a Kia owner since 2018 and the customer service has been an awful experience until Greenway opened it's doors...For me it is the little things like not just getting your car washed but having it wiped down afterwards. Or being offered a ride if I can't get to the dealership to pick up my car. They are so efficient! And I need to put in a good word about Simon...so attentive and helpful and just so cute! He gets back to me faster than anyone I have had from Kia in my 6 year Kia experience. I am so thankful for this dealership! Especially since they are so new and need to work out the kinks...wll kinks worked out and please if you want real service, come to this dealership! They will not disappoint! More

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation , I paid for these services only to find that they were not provided and when I called back to complain the service manager was rude and practically accused m for these services only to find that they were not provided and when I called back to complain the service manager was rude and practically accused me of lying. I will never use this dealership again for service or sales More

I recently brought my vehicle for service and warranty repair. Everything was completed timely and Greenway took the time to contact the third party service company to confirm the service was covered unde repair. Everything was completed timely and Greenway took the time to contact the third party service company to confirm the service was covered under the prepaid maintenance even though I leased the vehicle from another Kia dealership. Overall, I had a great experience. More

There was no greeting or introduction when I got there, just "go inside to 1st desk on the right." Went inside and waited. He came inside and I advised I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for 6 just "go inside to 1st desk on the right." Went inside and waited. He came inside and I advised I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for 69.99. "Coupon from us?" Yes. "Let me see it." I showed it to him & he wrote it up. Oil change 69.99 plus an additional charge for tire rotation. I repeated the coupon was inclusive. Again, "Let me see it." I showed it to him. He corrected it. Then he advised there were 2 waiting areas. As I was leaving for one he said, "My name is Rob." Went into the waiting area & saw there was coffee. I tried to use it but no coffee. Went to the desk to ask the young lady if she could advise me on on the coffee. She advised its not working because it needs cleaned and she was busy. I just went and sat down. She later got up and fixed it. I'm on my 5th Kia and have loved them all. I was so excited that I have a new Kia dealership close to home but after this experience I will gladly travel to Orange Park or Soutside. They are pleasant to work with. I didn't even receive a thank you for coming or have a good day by Rob. I did however get a goodbye by another gentleman at another desk. When I went out to my car the paper was still on the floor and the plastic was still on my seat. Someone saw me removing it and offered to assist me. It wasn't Rob. I sure hope he isn't always like this and was just having a bad day. I don't intend to go back. More
