The minimum I’ve waited at this location was 3 hours and that was for an oil change. Yes, o said minimum. I’ve spent 8+ hours for service repairs that were scheduled for 3 hours. We contacted Greenway Kia and had our salesperson (Charles Friscia) to see if he could bring the automobile to us so we could look it over and make a decision on whether to purchase the vehicle.
