I appreciated the veterans discount. However, I had to wait about a half an hour longer to check out. I know this because my car was just sitting outside, ready to go. I believe that the service guy could have motioned to one of the other service sales guys to take care of me who were not assisting anybody. My low tire pressure indicator was still on and I was told that it'll correct itself after driving a few miles or so. But it's still on!!! Not trying to be hyper-critical or mean. I was treated with respect and my Sales Rep Anara helped me in ways that no other car dealership were able or willing to help. Anara kept me informed of all the steps and the outcome and kept a smile the whole time...I was expecting to me escorted off the lot but that didn't happen...in fact they welcomed me with opened arms and I immediately relaxed and told her my story and Anara went to work to get me a deal on a new ride...I loved my other two KIA's and I'm going to love tis one too.
