I was treated with respect and my Sales Rep Anara helped me in ways that no other car dealership were able or willing to help. Anara kept me informed of all the steps and the outcome and kept a smile the whole time...I was expecting to me escorted off the lot but that didn't happen...in fact they welcomed me with opened arms and I immediately relaxed and told her my story and Anara went to work to get me a deal on a new ride...I loved my other two KIA's and I'm going to love tis one too. Very professional and pretty quick. We had to wait about 80 minutes for a "recall" issue to be looked at and a synthetic oil and filter change.
