Brought vehicle in for knocking in engine paid almost $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue don’t understand what I paid for I was given a oil change and injection cleaner and was pushed out the door so I took several videos of car still knocking I went back to Kia they kept my car all week just to tell me it’s a 50 50 chance that Fidelity will fix my vehicle it depends on what they find in the breakdown of the engine and I would have to pay for that but I paid from the very beginning and no I have to pay again I would never recommend unless you still have a original warranty because with a extended warranty they don’t care More

I went in for Warranty work, made An appointment and they were ready for me. I thought there was only 1 warranty but there was 3. Shawn was very helpful in customer service and I waited for car. 2 of th they were ready for me. I thought there was only 1 warranty but there was 3. We came into Kia with reservations about whether we could get a car based on what we had been told by other dealerships. We came in and met Josh and he helped us go from looking at a used Kia to walking out get a car based on what we had been told by other dealerships. We came in and met Josh and he helped us go from looking at a used Kia to walking out with a brand new Kia Seltos. The experience here was amazing I’m hair with my decision and I will refer my friends and family to Greenway Kia! More

I had my kids with me which is always stressful but they went above and beyond giving them water bottles and chatting wit They fixed my car quickly .
