The car I wanted was sold, so last minute they changed it to another, which was nice but not the one I had wanted. Not upset just was lied to. Was told one price then when about to sign it was 85 more per mo to another, which was nice but not the one I had wanted. Not upset just was lied to. So I did and was told to come back another day since they were too busy. Understandable. So I scheduled it for a week later and they were trying to get me in sooner. And last second they said they didn't actually need me to come back in. Im not upset or mad at anyone, I just felt dragged along. Also when asked where do I pay. He basically told me to figure it out and hasn't messaged me back. So yeah. More

Customer Service & service on my vehicle was great. Szymon Nowak was friendly and efficient. So glad to have a Kia dealership closer to home. Stayed way longer than expected and didn’t get service mentioned and found at at the time of payment. Have to go back for recall service. If an oil change takes 1 1/2 than there needs to be some things ch mentioned and found at at the time of payment. Have to go back for recall service. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I was visiting from out of town. They were able to get me in with a same day Saturday appt. Oil change service light came on during the trip down.
