I visited Kia Greenway for a minor recall issue. Everyone was very nice. Hannah, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service department waiting area was clean and Everyone was very nice. Hannah, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service department waiting area was clean and comfortable. And the best part was that there was no pressure to leave a positive review or buy a new car (like the other Kia dealership). I highly recommend Kia Greenway. More

Spent 2 hours waiting at dealership to have a safety recall fixed on my car (which I made an appointment for) only to be told they didn't have the parts and I would have to come back another time when t recall fixed on my car (which I made an appointment for) only to be told they didn't have the parts and I would have to come back another time when they do. Was also not treated in a personal manner when I came in. One person started checking me in and went out and took pictures of my car and then hands me off to someone else with no explanation and I now had to repeat everything. More
