I am always really happy when Service Advisor Szymon is assigned to my vehicle. He does a great job explaining everything in terms that are easily understood and he does a great job listening as well. He assigned to my vehicle. The service center just is not what I expected, they overcharged for an extremely simple resolution. The dealership was relatively clean and people were nice but I just don’t understand how they can sca overcharged for an extremely simple resolution. I had the problem with my car quite a while. I was hesitant to get it looked at because just the diagnostic alone was pretty expensive. I finally got to a point where I could do it so I brought I was hesitant to get it looked at because just the diagnostic alone was pretty expensive. I finally got to a point where I could do it so I brought it in. They told me what was wrong but they didn't have the part but should have it in about 7 days. Came back a week later, no part. got a message the following day that I could reschedule but that wasn't an option for me so I returned the following week & had the repair done. 5 hours later I was finally out the door. Would have been nice to have a few updates to let me know the progress & time expected. More

They were our best friends until we drove off in our purchased vehicle. I initially reached out to our sales rep (not going to name directly here) about a finance question. He acted like he was talking purchased vehicle. I initially reached out to our sales rep (not going to name directly here) about a finance question. He acted like he was talking to a stranger...and this was less than one week after we bought the car. Then, I was told I would receive a call from the finance manager. That never happened. Our second need was an even greater disappointment. We paid for an Assurant plan that would replace a lost or damaged key. They told us how easy it will be to just call and get a new key. So it happened that the one key they gave us stopped working and we called and they said we can't do that for you because you didn't buy a Kia. I asked why they sold us the policy that they couldn't fulfill. The reply was, I'm sorry. So we were then told to call a local Cadillac dealership, which I did. They told me they could make the key, but they weren't sure how it would be paid for. I then had to call Assurant and after being transferred, was able to find someone that explained the process. Perplexed at why Greenway sells something that they don't even know how to make good on. Furthermore, our salesman was asked to call me back and he did. When I expressed my frustration, he said they had a vendor that they use and he would have his finance manager call me about it. Once again, no call. This has been the absolute worst after-purchase experience I've ever had with a car dealership. More
