Nothing got fixed on my car and Ashley the service advisor that I dealt with was rude when I was trying to pick my car up for the second time since they couldn’t figure it out the first time either. S advisor that I dealt with was rude when I was trying to pick my car up for the second time since they couldn’t figure it out the first time either. She parked my car in an aggressive manner and then didn’t pull my car up to the front for me. I was advised that I would only need to drop it off for a few hours the second time and it ended up being about 6 hours and they didn’t find anything. They also did not communicate with me at all when I called for a status update. I had to call multiple times and no one answered. I ended up just having to show up both times and tell them I wanted my car back More

Always get great service there especially with Simon; he is amazing. Only problem I have ever had is with your phone service!! Always have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back!! That needs t is amazing. Only problem I have ever had is with your phone service!! Always have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back!! That needs to be addressed and maybe hire someone in service who can handle phone calls!!?? But Simon is amazing and love working with him. I was a walk in and he took my car and not only fixed problem but also did my maintenance which was over due 4 days!! Had my car back within an hour and a 1/2. He is an asset to your dealership and awarded for his professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, etc etc etc. Congratulations Simon on job well done appreciated by customers!! More

Recall fixed but report is taking forever. Never seen this with other manufacturers/dealership.
