I’m not happy with my experience at Greenway Kia. I was tricked and deceived Into signing something I didn’t agree to and had to pay $218.07 when nothing was even done. Also my car wasn’t even fixed, it’s running worse than it did before I brought it in. I only came in to have them fix the recalls on my vehicle, not to be scammed! More

Our engine light came on - on our Kia Carnival van. We brought it to Greenway Kia and they did not provide clarity on what had caused the engine light to come on. They had assumed it was due to a fault We brought it to Greenway Kia and they did not provide clarity on what had caused the engine light to come on. They had assumed it was due to a faulty cable, but did not provide the status codes for what was wrong with the engine. My wife picked up the car without obtaining those details, and so we now have to bring it back. More
