We were unable to drive to the dealership due to health issues when were wanted to purchase a used Kia Soul. We contacted Greenway Kia and had our salesperson (Charles Friscia) to see if he could bring th issues when were wanted to purchase a used Kia Soul. We contacted Greenway Kia and had our salesperson (Charles Friscia) to see if he could bring the automobile to us so we could look it over and make a decision on whether to purchase the vehicle. He brought the vehicle to our house and within an hour or so and we proceeded to purchase the vehicle. This excellent over and beyond service we very much appreciated. More
This particular dealership has always been nice and clean every time I have visited! I made an appointment online but for whatever reason Ray didn’t see it in the system! Szymon was great. He was able to reset the UVO account on my vehicle while he checked me in. It had been locked into the previous owner when I bought the vehicle. It was serviced twice and no one had helped me with that previously. I had also asked for a reset on the infotainment system and was told previously it was a 3 hour process. I had been getting some errors when trying to adjust system settings. Szymon said it would only be a 15 minute process. Maybe it was a full software update that would’ve taken 3 hours. Szymon got everything taken care of quickly including the most recent recall. Great experience. This was my second visit to the dealership and I’ve elected to drive twice the distance to come to this dealership after a terrible experience at the dealership closer to my home. The customer service center lounge is much better at your dealership too. Thanks and see you next time. More
