Was there 2 1/2 hrs with an appointment @11 Was asked did I want a courtesy wash and when I get my car back they didn’t even wash it guy tells me he was told to hurry because I had a baby with me !!! The baby was there for 2 hours but that was ok ? Told me my car was being washed and would not be long but no wash and no sticker to tell me when the car needs to come back for oil change again, guess I’m suppose to just guess Not really impressed this go around with the service More

Communication was absolutely terrible. I had to call them every time to get an updated. They had make car for almost a month and still did not fix it. Had a seat chime that would not shut I had to call them every time to get an updated. They had make car for almost a month and still did not fix it. Had a seat chime that would not shut off when someone was sitting in the seat and it was buckled. Also had a roof trim piece that needed to be replaced. Had to call multiple times to figure out the status of the vehicle was finally told the seat was fixed, but the trim piece needed to be re-ordered several times which I was never told about, picked up the car waited on the trim piece to come in. Once again had to call to check if peace had come in yet they said it had drove back down dropped it off. They told me it would take three hours to replace it left, the car came back four hours later told me it was good to go upon further inspection could definitely tell the trim piece had not been replaced, but had in fact been attempted to be glued down which did not work. Called the dealership and ask if trim was still in stock person I originally talked to and Parts no longer worked there lady said yes they had to go check came back said oh no they’re telling me we don’t have it anymore. Need to say is highly suspicious as I can tell for a fact that that trim piece had not been replaced. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for the “”dealership to do the right thing, especially when it’s these simple tasks , this is the second Kia dealership I’ve been to in the Jacksonville Florida area and neither one of them has been able to fully correct these minor issues. Now I’m left wondering where I’m supposed to take this car to get a stupid trim piece fixed so far all the dealerships have been , a huge letdown I will not be purchasing another Kia/Hyundai strictly because of the service department at these dealerships. More
