Amazing experience at the service department! The service team saved me from a crisis. I received an oil change from another Kia dealership that was done incorrectly and Greenway Kia at the Avenu The service team saved me from a crisis. I received an oil change from another Kia dealership that was done incorrectly and Greenway Kia at the Avenues fixed the issue and cleaned my car and completed a full point inspection to double check everything. The service department took care of the software upgrade for the car. They were very polite and professional. On top of that, they even washed the car and vacuumed the inside! Excellent service! Went to Greenway Kia @ The Avenues for brakes recently, and warranty repairs as it just opened in order to try a different local Kia dealership and was VERY impressed by not only their quick service turnar and warranty repairs as it just opened in order to try a different local Kia dealership and was VERY impressed by not only their quick service turnaround time yet ALSO my service advisor, Robert, who was professional & friendly and who kept me advised of the status the entire time.
