Kevin was amazing, working to move the process along, with patience. Unfortunately, the finance department had trouble keeping up with the customers. We paid the entire cost, but still wasn't processed a with patience. Unfortunately, the finance department had trouble keeping up with the customers. We paid the entire cost, but still wasn't processed after 4 hours. The detailing department did a poor job of cleaning the car, but Kevin noticed and sent it back through. We are still working with the dealership to correct structural issues: corrosion on the hood, separating interior liner, dead key fab, and loose exterior accent piece. More
It might be the inexperience as it looked like the employee was getting trained, but stopped by for a recall update as well as get my A/C looked at. They took care of the recall, but were not willing to check out my AC unless I paid 200 bucks (which would get applied to any service related to fixing it). I will still go back there, but I was disappointed as I did not even get a chance to see if I wanted to get it fixed or not based on the cost. More
