The service department was rude, did work on my car without verifying if my agreement from Greenway Nissan was still in effect for free oil changes. All info was provided to Ray/Reinaldo at the beginni without verifying if my agreement from Greenway Nissan was still in effect for free oil changes. All info was provided to Ray/Reinaldo at the beginning and I told him to confirm the agreement before working on my car. He was very rude and so was Ashley when I would not dig for the work done for $113.46. Ray lied and said he spoke with the manager and the gave me a phone number to call. Instead of calling I went to the sales department and explained my situation to Jamie who immediately said there was no charge because of the situation. More
