If I could rate Greenway Kia with zero stars, I would do that. The process of buying the car and getting financing was fairly smooth. However, there are several items that were agreed upon before the purcha that. The process of buying the car and getting financing was fairly smooth. However, there are several items that were agreed upon before the purchase that were NOT completed. I have emailed several times, I have called several times, and I even went back to the dealership last week and was told "we will give your name and number to a manager". I called again yesterday afternoon and NO ONE will return my emails or calls or make any effort whatsoever to address these issues. 1) I was promised (and paid $1k+) for a ceramic coating and detailing of the vehicle, I waited over an hour for these services, and was told they were completed; However, they were clearly not completed as there were obvious wasp and moth nests in and on the vehicle. 2) I was promised it would be filled with gas, yet on the way home from the dealership I had to stop because the vehicle was literally on Empty. 3) I was promised that the oil would be changed, yet when I inspected it after I got home, it was a full quart low on oil, and the existing oil in the vehicle was very dirty (I am a former mechanic, BTW). 4) Finally, I asked for and was promised the key for the locked lug nuts on the vehicle and was told "we don't have any". This has all been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I want very much to settle this amicably, especially considering that these are, for the most part, easy items for Greenway to address. When I called yet again, late yesterday afternoon, it was suggested to me that I would need to come back during the day on a weekday if I want to "try and find a manager who would hear me out". As a Duval County public school teacher, I work weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. I am also an athletic coach for the school and often work evenings for sporting events. I do not think it is unreasonable for a manager to call me after 4:30 p.m. on a weekday, or any time on a weekend to arrange for Greenway to fix these issues. I currently have multiple survey invitations in my inbox, asking me to share my experience with Greenway Kia. I have been holding off on responding to them, because I am hopeful that someone at Greenway actually cares. I would greatly appreciate it if Greenway Kia would do the right thing and honor our agreement. If not, I will be sure to tell all of my family, friends, coworkers, and anyone on the internet, and will likely also seek legal assistance. More

I had a deal all worked up, I was ready to sign for a new car with the agreed upon price and deal, then they walked away and came back with a new paper with a NEW $2000 charge on it added to the total, first car with the agreed upon price and deal, then they walked away and came back with a new paper with a NEW $2000 charge on it added to the total, first blaming the bank had changed their mind until I saw the new $2000 charge added on. then when asked what the specific charge was he said they had to add it on bc it wasn't on there before and they put it on all their new cars!! the nerve!! to increase the price by 2 grand after the price and payments were already agreed upon is preposterous! I walked out! I wouldn't buy a car from these people if they paid me! More
