Simon is the man however, that’s the only good thing to be said. My engine light came on 3 weeks ago. I dropped my car off and they told me I needed $1600 worth of work.. cool, it’s a 12 year old suv so it be said. My engine light came on 3 weeks ago. I dropped my car off and they told me I needed $1600 worth of work.. cool, it’s a 12 year old suv so it’s to be expected at some point. The day after I got my car back, it left me stranded on the side of the highway. After getting it to the dealership, they proceeded to tell me it needed a new engine. Before I could get a word out, Simon told me it was cover under warranty and would be replaced for free. Fast forward to today, exactly 5 days that I’ve had my car back, only driven 3 of those 5 days, the check engine light (on the brand new engine) is back on and my car is back in the shop and I’m left car-less again. The heavy-set red headed lumberjack at the service desk acts like he could care less and that his problems are way bigger than anyone else. Like the fact that I’m there is such a bother for him. Maybe the dude is going through some stuff outside of work.. idk Anyways, if I could give zero stars I would but Simon deserves his own star. He is the star. Outside of his excellent customer service, this has been the worst experience of my 36 year alive. I’m a nurse and have a responsibility to be there for my patients and I need a reliable car which I had before I started taking it to greenway Kia at the avenues. I’ve had my eyes focused on a new sportage for months, but after this, I’ll probably be going to a new car manufacturer all together. A trusty Civic or Camry is sounding pretty tempting at this point. More
