I've been to three other dealerships with my Telluride and none properly explained why I needed the ethanol fuel conditioner. Miles Wilkerson is the BEST Sales person I have met in a long time - he listened to what I wanted and needed and went out of his way to ensure I got it. My service experience was wonderful. The only concern I had was the online quote ($225) was much lower than the 15,000 mile package the dealer offered ($399) and then the final price ($5 The only concern I had was the online quote ($225) was much lower than the 15,000 mile package the dealer offered ($399) and then the final price ($518) was much higher than that. Ended up paying over twice what I was expecting. The service was wonderful though and the new facility looks great. More
