Excellent service experience. They didn't try to sell me more than I wanted, and they finished the service quickly. I sat comfortably in the waiting area and had a free beverage. Once, schedule an appointment and when I arrived was told no one from finance was around so I would have to reschedule the following week. Inconvenient, but I was willing to work with them given we have had great experience with the service department. Rescheduled for the following week confirming that someone from finance would be available. Sent VIN and confirmation on Tuesday asking them to get paperwork prepped so transaction would be easy for Thursday appointment. Followed-up again on Wednesday, said everything was a go and they were looking forward to seeing me on Thursday morning. Arrived Thursday morning and I was told they couldn't process lease vehicles at that location and they sent me to a competing dealership 10 miles away. Wasted too many hours to be happy... More

Vehicle Warranty Maintenance through the Service Dept. This was the second time in less than 2 weeks that I was scheduled to come in to have my side mirror painted. It was replaced a couple weeks ago but This was the second time in less than 2 weeks that I was scheduled to come in to have my side mirror painted. It was replaced a couple weeks ago but wasn’t color matched at the time due to weather. Both last week and today I show up for my appointments only to find out the painter isn’t scheduled to be there. I do not live around the corner and come from almost an hour away so this is VERY inconvenient. I was offered a rental today while they handle things (another issue came up so they’re looking into that also) but this is also a hassle as now I’ll have to make another trip back there tomorrow tp drop off the rental and pick up my car. The employees I’ve dealt with are always happy and helpful but there’s something broke within the system. More
