I took my car for a recall and checked the lights and it came out worse than before. Now there is a strange noise and one of the lights that was weak but still worked, when I left there it didn't even turn came out worse than before. And I didn't call to complain because I don't want to go back to that place ever again. The next recall I'll take to another place and city. More

No pressure. I explained (up front) that I was NOT buying that day and that would take 7-10 days to look over several other car options and come back ,if interes I explained (up front) that I was NOT buying that day and that would take 7-10 days to look over several other car options and come back ,if interested. They did not try to pressure me. That was appreciated. On my first visit, they gave me an aggressive bid on my trade-in (as it turned out, far superior to 5 other bids). Before I left, they strongly encouraged me to consider KIA in-house financing and thereby gain an additional rebate. The car itself (Sportage) more than meets my expectations, but coupled with the industry-leading warranty program and the above noted financial incentives, my decision was easy. One last thought, you ought to get Mike better internet connectivity. We were twiddling our thumbs far too long (not his fault). More
