Very upset with the my husband's treatment when we went to bring my car for service. He was met with an attitude and we were supposed to be given a loaner only to be told we'd had to get a rental. Overall my experience was great due to good customer service and professionalism of the employees. Service was done in a timely manner when I came in for the first time to get an oil change; However, I service and professionalism of the employees. Service was done in a timely manner when I came in for the first time to get an oil change; However, I was a little disappointed in the fact that I wasn't able to use my Morgan Platinum/CFNA credit card that I acquired through another Kia dealership to pay for all my car repair services. This time I came in for a recall service to be done to my car and I was told they had to order the part and they would call me back to set up an appointment to bring my car back in for service. More
