Service department is A+++. Unfortunately, sales department needs work. Came in twice to buy my vehicle off lease. Once, schedule an appointment and when I arrived was told no one from finance was around so I would have to reschedule the following week. Inconvenient, but I was willing to work with them given we have had great experience with the service department. Rescheduled for the following week confirming that someone from finance would be available. Sent VIN and confirmation on Tuesday asking them to get paperwork prepped so transaction would be easy for Thursday appointment. Followed-up again on Wednesday, said everything was a go and they were looking forward to seeing me on Thursday morning. Arrived Thursday morning and I was told they couldn't process lease vehicles at that location and they sent me to a competing dealership 10 miles away. Wasted too many hours to be happy... More
