Overall my experience was great due to good customer service and professionalism of the employees. Service was done in a timely manner when I came in for the first time to get an oil change; However, I service and professionalism of the employees. Service was done in a timely manner when I came in for the first time to get an oil change; However, I was a little disappointed in the fact that I wasn't able to use my Morgan Platinum/CFNA credit card that I acquired through another Kia dealership to pay for all my car repair services. This time I came in for a recall service to be done to my car and I was told they had to order the part and they would call me back to set up an appointment to bring my car back in for service. More
Overall, I would say that my experience was good; however, I did want to share some feedback. I have been using Beaver Chevrolet for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about th however, I did want to share some feedback. I have been using Beaver Chevrolet for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say about them, so I thought I would share with you what they're doing well and maybe you guys can implement some of these things. Beaver has fresh popped popcorn in their service waiting room as well as 3 different jelly bean flavors that they always rotate. They have bags of chips and other small snacks. They have bottles of water as well as sodas in their fridge. In the mornings, they have Dunkin Donuts and at 11:30 every day they get small Jimmy Johns sandwiches. All of these things are complementary. As a customer who is there to spend money on my car, it's always so nice to sit there and snack on free things while I wait. I noticed that your waiting room only had bottles of water, so wanted to tell you about what they do. Another thing that would be helpful is more signage. When I turned into your parking lot to bring my car for service (I had never been there before), I wasn't sure which way Service was. A sign with an arrow would've been helpful. Once I parked, I wasn't sure which building to go to. I went to the left, which ended up being the service waiting room, and waited at the counter. A helpful customer informed me that I needed to check in in the other building. Again, there was no sign, so I didn't know. When another customer came in and did the same thing, that same lady informed him to go to the other building to check in as well. I think signs would make things easier for people until they learn your new building. More
