I had to wait almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. That's a long wait time for a simple service that they had on the books for 2 weeks. There wasn't cle rotation that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. That's a long wait time for a simple service that they had on the books for 2 weeks. There wasn't clear signage of exactly where to park my car, so I parked in an empty space across from the service garage. When I checked in with the service coordinator he made me move my car to directly outside his window, which seemed aweful silly and pointless. I had a service before and they didn't make me do that. Then they put a service sticker in my car to remind me to return for my next oil change in 5,000 miles. The owners manual for my car says 6,000. The upselling and pressure to do more than necessary is a big turn off. More

JJ and Emre were both great, we drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle from them since our local KIA dealer did not give us the best deal or have the availability for the vehicle we wanted.
