Went to look at the new Kias with my daughter to look for her first car. Keith took time to explain the different models so we could determine which one was best for her. Our car was at the shop for about 3 weeks until we finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or phone calls, and hung up on us once. It took for an appraiser to come to the shop after the car being there for over a week to learn that the car just needed oil. Communication was terrible and customer service was awful. The manager was amazing and helped us but ultimately, that is not her job but the customer service representatives jobs to handle our car and communication around it. More

There was no one to greet me when I first arrived. I had to go seek out assistance although several people were walking around outside. It took 3 hours for a diagnostic. My car sat there overnight with no updates until I called the following afternoon where I was told it needed a software update. I had to call yet again a couple hours later for an update and told I was good to pick it up. No one even offered a shuttle, I had to request one. Communication was poor at best. More

I was the first appointment in the morning for an oil change. I waited at the dealership for 2 HOURS before my vehicle was ready.
