Everything was done professionally. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. The only negative thing was the car was advertised as new with 15 miles. But it had 656 miles. Josh our salse rep was was good, but car (2025 K4) we wanted was FILTHY when we showed up. Covered in Polen and weeks of piled up leaves. It took an extremely long time to get fixed. I took my car for a recall and checked the lights and it came out worse than before. Now there is a strange noise and one of the lights that was weak but still worked, when I left there it didn't even turn came out worse than before.
