Upon arrival, I was sent to see Reynaldo Caraballo (Ray) in Customer Service. He did inform me that the piece was defective, and they needed to get a new one. Add all the car lots I have been to this car lot is the best one they work with you everybody smiles. Everybody is very polite and and there’s no pressure to buy a vehicle that’s about the best thing that best one they work with you everybody smiles. Everybody is very polite and and there’s no pressure to buy a vehicle that’s about the best thing that you can ever see and when you go and talk to the finance people, they are marvelous they don’t pressure you in the buying stuff that you don’t need cause I know when I did my deal I didn’t want none of this stuff but I wind up doing the maintenance package because I don’t like paying for oil changes, but that was my decision not his because I said I didn’t want nothing and he said OK and that was it so I gave them a five star cause they really deserve it.
