I would have left 5 stars again as I did for my first prior regular servicing and maintenance visit. However, this time around I'm left with concerns on the current and future reliability of my vehicl prior regular servicing and maintenance visit. However, this time around I'm left with concerns on the current and future reliability of my vehicle after leaving the dealership and reviewing my receipt and finding a "mysterious" notation printed on my receipt recommending service to my vehicle's cooling system (which I was not informed about by neither the service technicians or the Service Advisor Reinaldo) while at the dealership having my car serviced. Therefore, I called the Service Advisor Mr. Reinaldo not long after leaving the dealership to find out what was going on in regards to the notation on my receipt (that I was not informed of while waiting as my vehicle was being serviced), and whether or not there was an issue with my vehicle that needed to be addressed even though I haven't experienced any engine warnings or other issues with my vehicle. Mr. Reinaldo assured me that the notation on my receipt regarding recommended servicing to my vehicle's cooling system was an error which could not be corrected on my receipt since the service ticket was closed, and that I did not need to worry because my vehicle was fine and there was no servicing needed to my vehicle's cooling system at this time. (Thank you Mr. Reinaldo for the clarification on the error and the reassurance that all is well with my vehicle, I truly appreciate it!) Otherwise, everything else seemed to go fine, just like my previous regular maintenance and service visit. Hopefully all is well with my vehicle and maybe my next regular maintenance and service visit will be better than this time around. I just hope that no issues suddenly occur with my vehicle especially when traveling with my family. More
The overall experience was good. There was only one aggravating thing. We did not come to an agreement on the price of the car at first. This is my first Kia and my first visit to Greenway was just a great experience. I had a warranty item to repair and the service team was just so helpful and pleasant, they not only repaired the issue but just a great experience.
