Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had nail in tire. I couldnt remember if I had insurance for wheel/tire at the time. The mail was in outside tread band so they can't plug it. Service dept shouldve checked them to see if it was covered but it wasn't mentioned. I spent 2.5 hrs there on that trip. I went home and found paperwork. I purchased tire/wheel coverage when I bought car at dealership. So I called dealership back and explained things. Took care back for tire replacement and they tried charging me. I explained again and then they said on. Was there 3 hrs for tire change which is ridiculous. More

They sold me an electric car with the promise of filing my tax credit with the IRS as part of the negotiations of me buying the car and not thinking about it a little longer and they never did so I lost ou my tax credit with the IRS as part of the negotiations of me buying the car and not thinking about it a little longer and they never did so I lost out on 4000 dollars.
