Everyone was professional and kind. Transportation was provided to and from the facility. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the radio recall issue could not be resolved Transportation was provided to and from the facility. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the radio recall issue could not be resolved, we were told the technicians tried to install the update three times and it quit mid install and that the service manager would not be in until that Friday to possibly address and fix the recall. The sales person sold me the wrong car I really needed. I came back the next day to let him know. He said he would make it right. He wasted my time, finding out he is no longer there.
