Sales person and finance person was amazing! Overall experience great just a little too long. Thanks Overall experience great just a little too long. Thanks More
The experience was pretty good, although for a cash sale on a new vehicle, it took as long as if we were financing it. Also, dealership did not disclose that the vehicle we were purchasing as new actually on a new vehicle, it took as long as if we were financing it. The worst experience I have ever had with an auto dealtership! Unprofessional and on top of that complete THIEVES ! dealtership! Unprofessional and on top of that complete THIEVES ! More
I had to wait almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. That's a long wait time for a simple service that they had on the books for 2 weeks. There wasn't cle rotation that I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. That's a long wait time for a simple service that they had on the books for 2 weeks. There wasn't clear signage of exactly where to park my car, so I parked in an empty space across from the service garage. When I checked in with the service coordinator he made me move my car to directly outside his window, which seemed aweful silly and pointless. I had a service before and they didn't make me do that. Then they put a service sticker in my car to remind me to return for my next oil change in 5,000 miles. The owners manual for my car says 6,000. The upselling and pressure to do more than necessary is a big turn off. More
