I recently purchased a truck, and the finance process felt rushed. I was charged $888 for a warranty that wasn’t explained to me, nor was I informed that it was optional. I had negotiated a specific price, but when we went into the finance office, the price ended up being significantly higher. Despite asking multiple times for clarification, the rep's response was confusing and unhelpful. He kept saying that when you do a lease, the price really doesn’t matter because what’s important is your payment and the residual value at the end.
