First time visit to dealership. Sales dept appeared to be non-existent during my walk around the showroom floor and sales lot. Every time I visit this service department I come away with the feeling that my car was serviced correctly. Brought vehicle in for knocking in engine paid almost $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue $500 for repair engine still knocking and Simone from the service center said I have to pay again for a complete break down of my engine to the issue don’t understand what I paid for I was given a oil change and injection cleaner and was pushed out the door so I took several videos of car still knocking I went back to Kia they kept my car all week just to tell me it’s a 50 50 chance that Fidelity will fix my vehicle it depends on what they find in the breakdown of the engine and I would have to pay for that but I paid from the very beginning and no I have to pay again I would never recommend unless you still have a original warranty because with a extended warranty they don’t care More
