My service coordinator, Brandon Oflin did a good job communicating and keeping me informed which was of value to me. The dealership is bright clean and new . I have an EV6 which is impart a computer on wheels. To service it required dialogue between the service technician and a tech line. The intermittent nature of the dialogue lead to a 9 day episode to replace the 12V battery. The owners forum suggests 12V battery failure is a common problem which merits a wholistic solution. More
