Went to look at the new Kias with my daughter to look for her first car. Keith took time to explain the different models so we could determine which one was best for her. After traveling to several other dealerships we both agreed between the car and the Sales representative (Keith) Greenway Kia was the place we wanted to purchase from. We returned to Kia, Keith(sales rep), Charlie (Sales manager and (Victor)Finance manager helped make the purchase smoother than Ive ever encountered from a auto dealership. Our car was at the shop for about 3 weeks until we finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or finally talked to the manager who was able to get our car back to us within a few hours. The person handling our car did not answer text messages or phone calls, and hung up on us once. It took for an appraiser to come to the shop after the car being there for over a week to learn that the car just needed oil. Communication was terrible and customer service was awful. The manager was amazing and helped us but ultimately, that is not her job but the customer service representatives jobs to handle our car and communication around it. More
There was no one to greet me when I first arrived. I had to go seek out assistance although several people were walking around outside. It took 3 hours for a diagnostic. Then I was told I needed a new transmission and my car needed to stay but I could not get a loaner. My car sat there overnight with no updates until I called the following afternoon where I was told it needed a software update. I had to call yet again a couple hours later for an update and told I was good to pick it up. No one even offered a shuttle, I had to request one. Communication was poor at best. More
