The negotiation was not to my liking in the beginning, my care salesman Willie was the nicest person ever! I recommend him highly. I walked out on my deal, due to personal reasons on the transaction. The manager called me back and we were able to come to a very reasonable agreement. The store manager Enri was able to work with my needs and met them whereas I was very happy with my purchase and his manners on making sure there was not a dissatisfied customer. I give Will the sales person 5 stars for being the kindest men who tried everything within his power to meet my needs. I give The store Manager Enri 5 stars for meeting my needs after all. In his defense he had to leave when I was in the store considering making a purchase. I believe had he been there from the beginning I would have had no need to leave in the first place. I am satisfied with my car and my purchase. thank you Will and Emri!!!!! More
