I recently purchased a truck, and the finance process felt rushed. I was charged $888 for a warranty that wasn’t explained to me, nor was I informed that it was optional. The main issue was the price felt rushed. I was charged $888 for a warranty that wasn’t explained to me, nor was I informed that it was optional. The main issue was the price of the vehicle. I had negotiated a specific price, but when we went into the finance office, the price ended up being significantly higher. Despite asking multiple times for clarification, the rep's response was confusing and unhelpful. He kept saying that when you do a lease, the price really doesn’t matter because what’s important is your payment and the residual value at the end. Overall, the experience was less transparent and more confusing than I expected. More
Communication was absolutely terrible. I had to call them every time to get an updated. They had make car for almost a month and still did not fix it. Had a seat chime that would not shut I had to call them every time to get an updated. They had make car for almost a month and still did not fix it. Had a seat chime that would not shut off when someone was sitting in the seat and it was buckled. Also had a roof trim piece that needed to be replaced. Had to call multiple times to figure out the status of the vehicle was finally told the seat was fixed, but the trim piece needed to be re-ordered several times which I was never told about, picked up the car waited on the trim piece to come in. Once again had to call to check if peace had come in yet they said it had drove back down dropped it off. They told me it would take three hours to replace it left, the car came back four hours later told me it was good to go upon further inspection could definitely tell the trim piece had not been replaced, but had in fact been attempted to be glued down which did not work. Called the dealership and ask if trim was still in stock person I originally talked to and Parts no longer worked there lady said yes they had to go check came back said oh no they’re telling me we don’t have it anymore. Need to say is highly suspicious as I can tell for a fact that that trim piece had not been replaced. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for the “”dealership to do the right thing, especially when it’s these simple tasks , this is the second Kia dealership I’ve been to in the Jacksonville Florida area and neither one of them has been able to fully correct these minor issues. Now I’m left wondering where I’m supposed to take this car to get a stupid trim piece fixed so far all the dealerships have been , a huge letdown I will not be purchasing another Kia/Hyundai strictly because of the service department at these dealerships. More

still waiting for Dealership to pay off trade in. My payment is now 21 days past due, this is not looking good on my Credit. I have to call them tomorrow, so I don't get reported to credit bureau. Also, I had to deal with Insurance company to email my proof of Insurance to them 3 times? It took a week to get this done, I believe this should have been taking care of by Dealership. As long as I was in the building they seemed to be very helpful and worked with me, as soon as I left it was like I never even bought a truck there. I was happy when I left but now, I feel like I may have made a mistake to deal with them. More
