The sales person was very friendly, but it was clear he did not know the process for the paperwork when we purchased the vehicle. He had no manager or sales person without a customer helping him. It took 3.5 hours to sign paperwork and wait for the already clean car to be detailed. We had no issues with our sale or financing. Once we agreed on a price, I noted that much of the time to sign paperwork was waiting for our sales person to walk back and forth to the sales desk with the same bundle of papers. He shuffled and reshuffle them, stared at them, and carried them around. He was making mistake after mistake on the computer and did not move along the car detail without prodding from us as we felt we were more familiar with the car buying process than he was. The experience sucked the joy out of the moment and our 3 kids were beyond bored, tired, and hungry. We could not leave to care for them because we had to sign for financing. Management never took notice or offered to help the young man. We felt helpless to the sales person's lack of awareness or knowledge. The financing manager was a totally different experience and it wad evident he knew what he was doing and that process was relatively quick. Our 3.5 hour paperwork process was mostly waiting on our sales person to figure out what to do. More

Was there 2 1/2 hrs with an appointment @11 Was asked did I want a courtesy wash and when I get my car back they didn’t even wash it guy tells me he was told to hurry because I had a baby with me !!! The baby was there for 2 hours but that was ok ? Told me my car was being washed and would not be long but no wash and no sticker to tell me when the car needs to come back for oil change again, guess I’m suppose to just guess Not really impressed this go around with the service More
