Szymon was great. He was able to reset the UVO account on my vehicle while he checked me in. It had been locked into the previous owner when I bought the vehicle. It was serviced twice and no one had helped me with that previously. I had also asked for a reset on the infotainment system and was told previously it was a 3 hour process. I had been getting some errors when trying to adjust system settings. Szymon said it would only be a 15 minute process. Maybe it was a full software update that would’ve taken 3 hours. Szymon got everything taken care of quickly including the most recent recall. Great experience. This was my second visit to the dealership and I’ve elected to drive twice the distance to come to this dealership after a terrible experience at the dealership closer to my home.
