First of all, I can't believe an oil and filter change (no tire rotation) cost me $85.....and I gad a coupon for $25!!! But that is NOT the reason for the low rating. As I was getting ready to pay, Ash (no tire rotation) cost me $85.....and I gad a coupon for $25!!! But that is NOT the reason for the low rating. As I was getting ready to pay, Ashley told me she had been told by the mechanic that worked on my car that my battery was at or very near 0%.....and she strongly recommended I replace the battery! I chose not to have Greenway Kia replace the battery, and the next morning went to AutoZone (where I had purchased the battery about 3 years ago), and they tested the battery at 82%. That's right, 82%. So I was either lied to or the Greenway Kia mechanic who worked on my car had no idea how to properly test a battery. Either way, it makes my desire to return to Greenway Kia.....let's see......at or near 0%!!! I would warn orher Kia owners who have had or need service to seriously question whether it is really needed. Shame on you Greenway Kia. More
Told me my battery was at or near 0%, and when I had it tested the next morning at AutoZone (where I purchased it almost 3 years ago), it tested at 82%.
